Submersible pH probes act as the primary feedback loop in automated caustic/acid dosing systems. Accurate pH management enables optimal precipitation of toxic heavy metal hydroxides (Cr, Cu, Ni, Zn) prior to municipal sewer discharge.
Our pressurized glass electrodes withstand continuous steam-in-place (SIP) up to 130°C. They maintain hyper-accurate ±0.02 pH resolution over 100+ sterilization cycles, safeguarding protein expression and metabolic yield.
Boiler feed water demands strict alkalinization with ammonia or volatile amines to prevent stress corrosion cracking in steam turbines. Submersible and flow-through cells ensure continuous monitoring of ultra-pure low-conductivity water down to 0.055 µS/cm.

Seamlessly bridging Chinese manufacturing scale with strict international regulatory directives.
Every submersible probe conforms strictly to EU CE standards (EN 61326-1 for industrial EMC immunity and EN 61010-1 electrical safety), RoHS 2.0 hazardous substance limitations, and FDA food-contact material declarations for bioprocess assemblies.
We supply private-label assemblies, customized submarine cable lengths up to 100 meters, specialized threading (PG13.5, 3/4" NPT, G 1"), customized body polymers (PVDF, PPS, 316L Stainless Steel, Titanium), and proprietary firmware branding.
Backed by bonded warehousing in Pudong and air freight dispatch channels, standard replacement probes ship within 48 to 72 hours. Our multi-lingual field engineers provide online diagnostic support across European, Asian, and Americas time zones.
100% in-house quality inspection, glass membrane forming, and 48-hour environmental burn-in.

Comprehensive electrochemical answers addressing installation, calibration frequency, and drift prevention.
Our submersible models feature IP68 triple-sealed cable glands with secondary epoxy encapsulation. The cable entry undergoes hydrostatic testing equivalent to 100 meters of water head. The cable uses water-blocking inner strands to prevent capillary wick-action if the outer jacket is scored.
For standard analog high-impedance mV outputs, cable runs should not exceed 10 to 15 meters to prevent parasitic capacitance and electro-magnetic pickup. For long-distance submersible installations (up to 1,000 meters), our digital IOT-485-pH sensors convert the analog signal to RS485 Modbus-RTU directly inside the probe head.
Thanks to our dual PTFE annular junction and pre-pressurized solid polymer electrolyte, typical calibration intervals are extended to 4 to 8 weeks in municipal aeration tanks, compared to 1 to 2 weeks for conventional liquid-KCl sensors. In heavily fouled oily streams, optional compressed-air self-cleaning jackets further extend service intervals.
Standard glass membranes dissolve rapidly in solutions with fluoride ions below pH 5 due to the formation of HF. For HF applications, we offer customized Antimony metal electrodes or specialized HF-resistant glass formulas. For strong caustics (pH > 12 at elevated temperatures), we utilize low-alkali-error glass membranes.
We supply 1.0 to 3.0 meter submersible immersion mounting assemblies constructed of UPVC, PP, or 316L stainless steel. These include anti-sway cable holders, immersion protective hoods to prevent heavy ragging damage, and optional pneumatic auto-clean nozzles connected to pressurized shop air.
